I'm Laura Hughes. Online, you might know me as That Career Expert. I've spent over 16 years working in employability and career support, and for the last 6 years I've run my own employability training company, Skillz2Success, delivering nationwide training and support.

In that time, I've supported more than 6,000 adults into employment and self-employment. I've sat across from people at every stage: straight out of a career break, changing direction completely, or just needing someone to tell them straight what's working and what isn't.
